Thanks Ben! You’ve been one of my greatest teachers for finding the spiritual in the everyday. Amy

If we truly embrace the judgmentalism, resistance, or contractions about what we don’t like their can be a shift in consciousness that allows life to flow thru us in ways we can’t understand. What if we try being present with the sensations, or mindful, what might happen. Thanks Amy for a practical way to develop a spiritual practice right where we are rather than thinking we have to go to India or someplace else.
